SigCompile is licensed per-firm. Your firm's license key grants a fixed number of machine seats for the agreed term. Documents are processed locally on your machine and are never transmitted to our servers. License activation, refresh, and deactivation requests are sent to the SigCompile API over HTTPS.

The software is provided as-is. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
